Registration is open to researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders from institutions worldwide. Fees are managed by Udayana University and cover the full three-day programme including all meals and the site visit.

Step-by-Step Guide
New to the process? Here's exactly what to expect from abstract submission to confirmed registration.
Write your abstract (max 200 words) and short biography (max 150 words) in a Word document using Times New Roman 12pt, single spacing. Include a presenter photograph.
Email your document to rr2026registration@gmail.com with the subject line: "Abstract – [Your Name] – [Session]". You will receive a confirmation within 3 working days.
Once your abstract is reviewed and accepted, you will receive an acceptance notification by email. Do not fill in the registration form until you have received this email.
Fill in the registration form above with your personal and institutional details. Select your participation type and preferred session. Submit the form.
Within 3 working days, you will receive bank transfer instructions for the USD 300 registration fee. Complete the transfer and send proof of payment by email.
Once payment is received, your registration is confirmed. You will receive a receipt and an official confirmation email. Welcome to RR2026!
